Comfortable Stay with a Few Minor Issues
The staff was accommodating, and we appreciated the heater running to ensure a warm room upon arrival. A tip , request extra chairs if you plan to eat in the room, as seating is limited.

the location was stunning, next to a great restaurant called snowshoe brewery across the street and ebbots pass-a great place to enjoy fall leaves and downtown. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful too.

I almost gave this place a good review, but the pillows were too firm, and the shower curtain leaked, leaving the bath mat soaked. Woudl ve been nice had they offered a complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences-just like they do for, oh, i don't know, important guests? Never coming back here again.

The staff was very friendly and nice.
I found the pillows to be too firm for comfort, which really affected my sleep quality. There was only one chair in the room. Lastly, the street noise was quite disruptive at times, especially during busy hours, which affected our overall experience.

The shower curtain fails to keep water in, leading to a soaked bath mat!!! Only one chair in the room makes dining awkward. Street noise might disturb lighter sleepers, especially during busy hours!!!

It was just a good pick for a couple of nights in Arnold with high value for money. The BBQ area was nice and had everything needed to grill out, made our stay more enjoyable. Bring your own seating if you plan to eat in the room.
